Xfer a call from ICM label node to Avaya DN

I am attempting to send a call from within an ICM script to an Extension on a Avaya switch. This is an operational integrated dial plan and I can call this extension from an IP phone. But when I attempt to send this call to the Avaya ext from ICM it rings twice and disconnects. Any suggestions?

I have this problem too.
