Hi all,got this problem when i wanna register a new phone to my CCM.
Everytime i try to configure the phone this problem come out displayed:
Here are some info:
1.Manually configure the necessary inputs like Mac address,ext no,and partition type.
2.Phone will restart and upgrade the config from CCM.
3.Done with the upgrade but stuck at registering to the CCM.
4.Phone display=Registering Rejected,Security Error.
5.Check the phone got ip address.
6.In CCM phone status is unknown.
7.Existing phones are working find.
8.License range is well sufficient.

Hi,
Do you have the following service enabled in control centre?:
Cisco Certificate Authority Proxy Function service
If you check another phone in the office that is already working, does it have an LSC (Locally Significant Certificate)? You can check this by going to Settings > Model Information (4)
What version of CCM are you using??

Hi,
Thanks for the input.
LSC not installed as compare to the working 1.It should be fine.
CCM version 6.1.1.2000-3.
Communication from phone to CCM seems ok but somehow can't get registered.

Hi,manage to solve the problem finally.
It was caused by firewall blocked port 3084/tcp.
I enabled udp for the cisco recommendation ports,it seems like it needs tcp to be allowed as well??

Yes, do you mean 3804/TCP? 5* for figuring it out..
