Hi experts,,

I configured IPMA with CCM4.2, but when I installed the assitance console and enter user id and password the message appear: system error. Please contact administrator.


I have this problem too.

Hi Amar

Pl check

--> you have subscribed for the IPMA services on both assistant and manager?

-->Ensure you have given the user id and the PIN correctly - to avoid confusion just reset the pin to 1234.

-->Check whether you have the softkey template as standard manager for manager phone and standard Assistant for the assistant phone

--> Check whether you have associated the Manager phone and assistant phone respectively.

and Now try to login to the assistant Phone.

Sorry, to add onto the comments above, have you also checked the service in control centre to make sure it's activated (sorry, I know this is simple stuff!).

Try re-starting the service via Tomcat:
