FAC in CUCM 6.1

One quick question about the FAC which can be configured from the CM Administration using the CUCM Administrator ID.

Is there any way that the end users themselves can configure FAC on their own...

Because in our environment each user has their own FAC which they use for outgoing calls...

But now the end users feel that if they want to change their FAC they need to go behind the CUCM administrator....

So anyone has got any inputs on this??

that would require you to grant them access to CUCM admin and they could change ANY FAC, you cannot restrict this to only their FAC as MLA does not provide this granularity
