I am running DFM version 3.0.2 on a windows server platform. My devices on the device summary are all in questioned status. Why?

This is a bug. If you upgrade to DFM 3.0.4, this problem will go away. DFM 3.0.4 can be obtained via Common Services > Software Center > Software Update.
