Hi,
If I call our VM number from an outside phone (a cell phone in this case) and select transfer to an extension, and dial a translation pattern, that will dial an international number,
Will the cell phone get billed for an Intl call? Is there another way to avaoid extra charges.
Thanks,
Randall

Hi Randall,
In your example the Cell phone would not be billed for the International call. The VM outdial port/ports would incur the costs.
Hope this helps!

That is what I thought, but I am being told the cell phone is being billed for a intl call.
Should I say to dispute the charge?
Thanks,
Randall

Hi Randall,
I can't see how the Cell # could have incurred this charge, it doesn't make any sense to me. The actual International call should have come from the VM Ports. I would get a few more details (exact Time/Date etc.) and then follow up with the provider.
If you could test this yourself (off hours) would be important to prove your case as well!
Hope this helps!
