Hello,

I have Cisco878-SEC-K9 v02.

Is there a way like a software upgrade so that I can use this Cisco 878 for my ADSL2+ connection?

Unfortunately no, you must go with an 877 (CISCO877-K9) for ADSL . And if you're looking for ADSL 2+ Annex M, CISCO877-M-K9.
