Does anyone knows how to take the backup from Unified communication manager 6.0.

Yes, go to the Disaster Recovery section of the CallManager GUI (top RH corner, from the drop down menu).
You can backup to tape or network drive. All the details are in this link:

Also, see my previous post regarding SFTP which you will need if backup the data up to a network share:
