What version of DFM are you using?

upgraded to 3.0.4.

Please post the NMSROOT/log/dfmLogs/NOS/nos.log.

here is the nosserverlog

This looks okay. Please post the NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log.

where can I find this log file?

NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log. NMSROOT is the path into which LMS was installed.

I did not do the installation, so I don't see that file. I can you a search for the log file name on the server?

The log is called stdout.log. It must exist. If you cannot find it, I suggest you open a TAC service request, and they can help you.

here is the file in RAR format.

I do not see any obvious problems. Is this server integrated with ACS? Can you also post a screenshot of this problem?

yes it is integrated with ACS. I can post a pic.
