I have a cisco call manager 4.1 (mgcp) and i installed ATA 186.I download the ata_03_01_00_mgcp_040211_1 file and upload the .zup file.The ATA is still not registering.I did a factory reset now trough the ivr i set up ip address but could not access the web page.
Can someone help ?

If you have previously assigned the ATA's MAC to the ephone 41, and then moved it to ephone 42, you should rebuild the configuration files for the phones (and the ATA). if this is the case, then from global config mode issue:
telephony-service
create cnf files
reset all
! or just reset the ata and the phone
