We are experiencing intermittent issues with external tone recognition when dialing any ivr system. If we press an option (1) it is not recognized by the external system. Has anyone ever encountered that issue with the CME? Any ideas on what could be the cause? Thank you.
if you by any chance use any 79xx Phones using the latest 8.4.1 Software you may have DTMF issues.
Try downgrading or test the latest 8.4.1SR2 as Cisco "claims" they have fixed this issue.
