1 user is having an issue where he is able to get the 3 calls connected but there is a loud pronounced busy signal for the duration of the call that can be heard.
Phone did not have a MRGL in the device pool or the device. I assigned one and that fixed the issue. My only question now is how was it able to complete the conference in the first place?
