3G Wireless HWIC log message

Hi all, I received the below log message on my 1841 with regards to my 3G Wireless HWIC. I have tried searching for a definition of the message but have been unsuccessful so far. If anyone has any suggestions on hwere I can find the meaning/cause of the message it would be greatly appreciated.

%CELLWAN-2-HEART_BEAT_TIMEOUT: No heart beat signal from Cellular0/0/0

The cellular interface lost its IP but the service was still in a connected state as can be seen by "Packet Session

Status = ACTIVE".

I would like you to collect 'debug ppp negotiation'

There is no clear explanation of the error message above.

Please send me :

- show log

- show tech

- show cellular 0/3/0 all (when activated and not activated)

- show cellular 0/3/0 profile (when activated and not activated)
