hi all, i have a simple query. I have a 3845 router and an 1841 router facing internet. I want to make 3845 router the VPN server but want to use 1841 as the proxy, i.e. i want to recieve client request on 1841 and want to forward them to 3845 router. Is this possible ? do i need to do some policy routing or cisco has some feature for this ?

Kindly guide me in this

Recieving client request on 1841 and forwarding the same to 3845 is not possible as the vpn profiles configured on the remote side will have an public ip address bound to that of 1841 and since the ip of 3845 can't be the same as of 1841 it cant act as vpn proxy.

using NAT tranvsersal it might be possible to create a NAT for inbound ipsec vpn connections to the 3845.
