Hi I am not able to make the TCL script work, when i execute the command
WI(config-app-param)# param operator ?
Warning: parameter operator has not been registered under aa namespace
WORD Value for the parameter
How do i register the parameter?
When I dial the number from the PSTN it plays the TCl script but it does not land on the operator as it has not been registered.

Operator isn't defined by a specific operator parameter. The operator is defined by the highest pilot number within a hunt-group.
For example.
ephone-hunt 1 sequential
desc service
pilot 5555
list ****
ephone-hunt 1 sequential
desc operator
pilot 5556
list ****
Just be certain your number for the operator is configured within the script. ie.
param aa-hunt0 5556

paramspace english location flash:
paramspace english prefix en
param aa-pilot 2006

destination-pattern .T
when i call from the PSTN it plays the IVR but it does not land on the operator number which is 2006, even it does not take the extension provided during the IVR.
when i execute the command i get the warning message i dont know how to solve that.

First you should upgrade to the latest script. The latest script being app-b-acd-aa-2.1.2.2.
Do you want all calls to pass to the operator? Will you queue calls if a group or person is busy?
