CRS 5.0 event viewer error

I am getting the following error every 15 minutes in the event viewer on my ipccx server. crs version: 5.0(1)_Build433

The description for Event ID ( 4 ) in Source ( Cisco Desktop VoIP Monitor Service ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: FCVMS0007 Unable to open the NIC adapter [\] for sniffing.

Unable to open the NIC adapter [\] for sniffing indicates that it didn't know which NIC to begin listening on.

On the CRS server, go to C:\Program Files\cisco\desktop\bin and launch

PostInstall.exe. Click OK to confirm the IP Address appears correctly, and another window will appear. Under VoIP Network Device, there's a drop down where you should see the NICs on the server. Is the active

NIC being used for monitoring and recording selected?
