ACS SE 4.2 haven't console access after Recovery CD-ROM

I have applied the recovery procedure with follow the Installation Guide for Cisco Secure ACS Solution Engine 4.2 but after that Appliance Server reboot I can't access from console (terminal emulation Baud = 115200) and SSH, only for web console.

Please, Can somebody help me with issue?

Was the recovery successful ? Try to restart it and see if that helps. Also make sure you use correct recovery cd. Like if you have 1113 then you need to use 1113 recovery and not 1112 recovery.
