How to: Erase recorded voice from one Subscriber?

We have the Unity 4.2 and i would like to know how i can change the recorded voice to default system ? Likes "you called to number number number (xxxx) its not available, leave your message now...." not likes "you called to SR. JOHN ........"

on the profile page of the subsriber check the Set subscriber for self-enrollment....

Then log in and go through enrollment, do not record a name this time.

you can use bulk edit to set self enrollment.

I know of another way in sql too.

Hello I suspected that was simple, in a unity of tests I only entered the Subscriber> Recorded Voice> Option Menu> and click the New and Save. After that, the message returned to default ... "This is the number of voice mail ... "
