LMS 3.0 register appear Error

Hi,

At first i install the LMS 3.0 with the evaluation license. After that we succesful register the license and got the activation key from cisco,but while trying to update this new activation key into my LMS server it prompt me the error

"Could not update the license.The file does not have read permission for casuser.Select a valid license file with proper permission."

pls help

Copy the license file as you received it to the NMSROOT directory (i.e. the path into which LMS was installed). Make sure the file is owned by casuser. Then try to register the license.

i solved the problem for this already.

However i encounter another problem while i am trying to pull the information from my switch.

It shows "partially successful"
