Catalyst 6500 and Video hanging issue.

I am currently running video conferencing, but everytime I assign a QOS service policy to the Video Conference VLAN or to the Port-Channel of the Video Conference uplink switch, the video does get marked right to AF 41 , but hangs. When I remove the service policy, the video works fine.

Sniffer, shows the packets going back and forth marked with no hangs or drops. Has anyone run into a similar issue ?

There is no any sort policing in the path
