what a virtual DG ip?, and what assign this ip HSRP protocol or active router .

Sumit,
Any IP that is assigned to you hosts on a LAN can be an VDG for HSRP. You have to manually assing the Virtual IP on both the routers and the router configured with highest priority or highest IP address becomes the active router.
