7945 and 7975 Constant Restart

Hi All,

I've just updated the device pack on a CM6.1.2 to the latest, and my 7945G and 7975G have updated to the latest firmware. When I've unplugged the phones and plugged them back in again they go into a constant cycle of rebooting.. with the screen flashing on, then off. I've tried a factory reset by holding # and typing 123456789*# but to no avail.

Anyone else had this problem?

Hi Tony,

Could you pls specify the firmware version you are trying to use on these devices?

Hi Ikram,

The firmware version was part of the following device pack:

cmterm-devicepack-6_1_2_1113-2.

And the firmware files were:

7945 - 7945_7965-sccp.8-4-1

7975 - 7975-sccp.8-4-1
