Does Unity Connections 7 in a Digital Networking configuration support licence pooling?

No, CUC 7.0 does not have license pooling for networked systems. For an active/active configuration the two servers license data is pooled in the cluster (pair) - but this does not extend to the networked Connection servers outside the cluster.

the only roadmap I see is the next version that's been committed (EC'd in the local lingo) and pooled licensing is not on a committed product feature list.

But as ever with such things you should ask your account rep to open a PERs to get visibility for it at the product management level.
