Users can't connect to server using IPSec Client

I have an ASA 5510 and several users connect to a VPN using the IPSec client as well as the SSL client. Until just a few days ago there were no problems. Now, when a couple of users connect using the IPSec client they connect, but cannot access their server using RDP. They connect to the ASA fine and I see traffic going both ways. But they cannot access the servers. I can access the servers as those users with no problems and no other users are having any problems.

Any ideas?

To access the server using RDP Perform these steps:

•Configure static NAT in order to redirect the RDP traffic received on the outside interface to the inside host.

•Create an access control list (ACL) that permits RDP and apply it to the outside interface.

Note: Because NAT is performed by the security appliance, the ACL must permit access to the mapped IP address of the RDP server; not the real IP address.
