CDA error when trying to sync LDAP

I'm running into a problem when I try to sync CDA. I get an error TSSP3027 - Could not read key value for Blended Agent setup in LDAP. Everything else seems to be okay.

I have this problem too.

Before trying to sync perform a manual synchronization for a specific logical contact center. Make sure that all agents, supervisors, and teams are correctly listed for that logical contact center.

Also make sure that the LDAP service is running and that the LDAP_HOSTA registry setting in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Spanlink\Site Setup has the correct value.
