Integrating Salesforce into CAD browser window

We have CCX 5.02 Premium and Salesforce running in our environment, but we're looking for a way to get customer account info from Salesforce auto-populated into the browser window based on the caller id.

Whats the easiest way to do that? We're trying a Java method in our main script but the only option we see is to create a Remote Java Object. We have the caller ID already in a variable, and on the backend, we know how to access Salesforce data through Java or https. What we need is essentially the step or method that will link the two inside of a script.

In CAD create a action that happens when a call arrives to an agent, this action can be an HTTP request to SF passing ANI to request the caller's account.

We explored that method but we cant access SF through an HTTP connection, it has to be HTTPS, which CRS does not seem to support.

How about opening up an internet browser and passing the https address to it?
