Is there a way to "disable" the functionality of the keyboard shortcuts in CAD? For example [CTRL + A] might accidently hang up on a caller if the agent doesn't realize that CAD is their current avtive window, while they really thought they were in another application window where [CTRL + A] performed a valid step for them.
Nothing in Desktop Admin>>User Interface looks like it can do anything except making the icon "Visible" or not. Is there a possible registry entry or other way to accomplish this?
Thanks in advance,
Dan

Can keyboard shortcuts be disabled at all? I have a customer who is looking to disable all keyboard control of CAD.
