i am facing problem with cisco Video Phone 7985 .I had configured it for Directory number X earlier and was working fine.
suddenly,somebody did some changes & changed number to Y.I deleted the directory number Y but it is still showing on display as Y.
Now when we make a call for X or Y , call is landing on same phone.But when 7985 user makes a call , number displayed on receiving end is Y.
I deleted directory number and phone,while re-adding phone ,it automatically picks up the same number Y ,even though it is not existing in any of configs in CCM.
I tried changing the ip phone & added directory number X which is working fine
Can somebody guide on the same.?
