use voice class codec in global config listing codec preference and voice-class codec in your dial-peers. let me know if this works.

B-ACD only supports G711 codec, try using transcoders if you desire G729.

Thx for replies,
But:
1-If I use voice class codec,it will use G711ulaw.
2-I tried to make it use xcoder in CME with loopback dial peers as a work around but with no success.
Any suggestions.

Hello
I have the same problem, and i have tried to make xcode but it does not work. Did you found any solution?. It's like the b-acd does not use the xcode resources.
Thank you in advance.
