NTP synchronization

Hello, thank you for your time.

We have a 4507 and we face a problem with NTP synchronization.

Here my command:

ntp server 192.168.103.200 key 0 prefer

However the "ntp status" return the following error:

"Clock is unsynchronized, stratum 16, no reference clock"

And the "sh ntp associations" shows the NTP server as configured but not synced.

Do you have any ideas?

Did you try it without the key 0 reference. Usually will mean there is no path to the specific address . Also there are issues if this is a microsoft server you are trying to sync with .

I tried without the "key 0" argument and it works perfectly.
