Yes, no problem. Routers don't really have the concept of inside and outside interfaces in the way Pix/Asa firewalls do.
You can have multiple interfaces on a router with "ip nat inside" configured. Equally you can have multiple interfaces on a router with "ip nat outside" configured. It is entirely up to you.
