Hi,
Does 12.4 (AS5400) support percentage VoIP traffic dispatch?
e.g. it has 16 T1 of AS5400, total 368 B channel. 12.5% to provider "A" and 25% to provider "B", the rest to provider "c"

It is possible to Specify traffic policing based on a bandwidth percentage in 12.4 release.
