Ciscoworks LMS 2.5 Can't work with WCS Software on same Server

I had installed the Cisco WCS software on one DELL server to monitor Access points status. It was absolutely fine. Further I got a Ciscoworks LMS 2.5 CD. However there was no another server for this software. So I installed it on same Server where WCS is running. After just installing Common services CD, WCS stopped working and I can't open WCS and CiscoWroks. Even there are some services of CiscoWroks showing stop. When I restart the service, they go to shutdown mode within few seconds. Pls suggest.

This most likely points to a port conflict. LMS and WCS were never tested together, and the configuration is not supported. You will need to dedicate a server for LMS.
