Hi,

What is the difference between IPIVR5.0 and IPCCX5.0.

Basically I am looking for the following in IPIVR5.0:-

Basically I want to know:

1)whether I will have full fledged IVR(CRS functions)

2)support for database updation

3)HTTP trigger

4)Place outgoing call from IVR.

Is this IPIVR called unified IPIVR??

Thanks

IP IVR provides an "Advanced IVR" license. Because of this it can do all of the things a UCCX Premium box could do for IVR. The crucial difference is IP IVR has no ACD or CTI licenses. It is strictly an IVR.

The IP IVR 7 data sheet gives a more exhaustive list: http://cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/custcosw/ps5694/ps3651/data_sheet_c78-483831.html

IP IVR and UCCX both fall under the same CRS product family. Under the hood, they are even the same installer. The only difference is what key you upload which then activates the appropriate components. If you are having difficulties finding documentation for IP IVR, just look at the UCCX document. :)
