Hi all, can anyone tell me, by default, is ping allowed over a vpn tunnel? I have created a group policy and access list for my site t site tunnel on my asa, will I need to allow icmp in this also?

anything not allowed in the ACL will not be permited. So ICMP will need to be added.

How would I do this on the tunnel?, i cannot see which direction the acl gets applied when using the gui, can you please give me an example?
