Hi there,

I'm trying to add a JTAPI trigger under Cisco Script Application. I get the following error message:

"Could not update the user on the CallManager"

I hope someone can help me to reslove this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sana

You may try performing the following steps:

1)Check the CiscoMIVR log, find whether the JTAPI was in partial server due to a route point in oos.

2) IF one of the trigger was not functioning remove the non-functioning trigger. Remove the route point in oos in CallManager.

3) Add CallManager publisher's Ip address in the JTAPI provider's list.

4) Restarted the Engine. JTAPI is now in full service.

Add a new trigger from the CRS server.

Hope this helps.
