Does anybody know if it is possible to put a call directly to a user's voice mail box in Unity Connection 2.1(2)? I could not find the way to do it, the only option that I saw was the default one - to put the call to the extension, not to the VM box.
This configuration will take place on the call manager side. The link is outdated and focuses on ccm 3.x but the configuration has not changed.
A basic summary is to create a CTI Route point and forward all to voice mail. The link will explain more in detail.
