CUCMBE 6.1 No Corporate Directory

I have a CUCMBE6.1 and I cannot find in the documentaion how to create the Corporate Directory. When we hit the directory button we get "Host not found".

configure the directories URL to use IP and not hostname

look at enterprise parameters to change this
