Hi All,


Currently, we have about a dozen scripts that route calls for one of our customers. I setup reporting (the way they asked), and created triggers for everything they want to report on. Now, then want more reporting available (we have since added a menu to one of the scripts), and they want to report the number of times each option is selected. Sounds simple, and I'm sure it is, but I've only reported using triggers. I'm sure something like call variables can be used? But, I am looking for any assistance at created a 'neat looking' alternative reporting option that will show the same information as a trigger, without having to create a new application and script, just to pull stats. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
