How do I turn on backgroup music on Unity while the caller is waiting for the call to be picked up by the next available agent?

For Example:

A call comes in and hits the CallHander on Unity and the user picks her options based on selections given by the CallHander. How do I enable the background music so the she can hear while she is waiting for the call to be picked up by the next available agent?
