Hello I need to know how do to configure a second port to redundancy in RSPAN. I need to have 2 port destination in session monitor of rspan.

Hello Santiago,
in global config you just need to specify a list of two ports in the destination command:
Router(config)# monitor session RSPAN_destination_session_number destination {single_interface | interface_list | interface_range | mixed_interface_list} [ingress [learning]]

this is supported on C6500 with Sup720
