Hi We have Cisco Application Administration - 4.5(2)_ IPIVR. I have uploaded new .XML file to play a prompt and while playing script pauses intermittanly. This happens only on one Server, even though script is exactly same on both the server

I think CRS is missing. To install Unified IP IVR, you must install Cisco CRS and select the Unified IP IVR product package during the installation.
