CRS Editor - Check queue

Can somebody help with the CRS Editor?

I want the script to check the queue size, and if the queue size is more than certain number I want to play a specific announcement.

What CRS Editor command should I use?

I have this problem too.

You can use a 'Get Reporting Statistic' step from the 'IPCC Express' palette.

Report Object: CSQ IPCC Express

Field : Contacts Waiting

Row ID : "CSQID" <-- your CSQ name or var

Result Stat : CallersInQueue <-- output variable

Then use an IF step to check

CallersInQueue > 5

Or whatever threshold you want.
