Cisco call manager

I have 25 cisco IP telephones and with 3560 switches and 2821 routers supported VOIP and i need to ask what thing are required if we want to make internal call inside of our network and outside our network mean with city and is i need cisco call manager like that stuff for call management ..

Haris,

Your 2821s are capable of running Callmanager Express (CME) for call control. You could also run Callmanager for call control and use the 2821s at branch locations with SRST. To make external calls you will need connectivity with the PSTN - analog lines, T1/E1 PRI, etc.
