AAA on 6500

Recently I have updated the IOS on my 6509 switches. After upgrading when ever I am trying to entering into privilege mode, switch is giving username prompt rather than password.

what is the aaa configuration the switch and the line con/vty configuration. What is the new IOS version. Are you accessing the switch via console, telnet, or ssh.

aaa authentication login default group tacacs+ local

aaa authentication enable default group tacacs+ enable
