call overflow

I have urgent telephony, and I need this:

I have 2 lines (First one is normal call and secondary is for urgent incoming calls):

If the end user using the first line and have a call incoming in the second line (This line is used for urgent incoming call only). We need the first line go to hold and auto answer up to second line (Automatic, only if the first line is used).

We have migrate from Siemens and Siemens have this feature (Call overflow).

Call manager 6.11 and 7921G


I have this problem too.

Closes thing we have is Auto-answer with Speaker...

The auto answer work only if there is no active call.

I have try to implement MLPP with executive override on the hunt pilot, but only have a display alerting...

The executive override configuration can active auto answer on the telephone?
