Customized Background Image On IP Phones

Hi,

We have multiple CallManager running in our Organization, we have 4.1, 5.0 & 6.0 CM's. I would like to know how to change the background image of the IP Phones, I have seem couple of friends uploading the Company LOGO's, I would like to do the same. If any one has done before kindly guide me.
