ASA IPv6 Failover

Hi all,

I would like to know if there is any kind of workaround to have Ipv6 in a ASA with an active/standby failover configuration. The problem starts when the secondary ASA becomes Active, because in every “ipv6 enable” interface both link-local and global address are duplicated.

Is there a “manual” workaround to flow IPv6 network traffic by secondary/active ASA ?

Thx in advance

The ASA's failover function does not support IPv6 at this time. Here the Failover Configuration Limitations http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa72/configuration/guide/failover.html#wp1150240
