I am setting up a demo with CM 6.1. Can I setup 2 user id and follow the instructions with 2 differnt DN's to make this work. I need 2 people to login for demo's on same CM. Is this possible

yes, configure 2 AC users IDs and use 2 different DNs.
it's completely doable and is the whole purpose of AC
