Hi all,
When the publisher is down, is CallForwarding available only using the softkey button on the phone or it should be also possible to configure it from the web interface of the subscriber ?

Hi,
It depends what version of call manager you are running. In earlier versions if call manager eg 4.x if the publisher is down you will not be able to make any changes eg call forwarding however in the newer versions 6.x this is possible. If you using SRST you can configure this feature there.

However, is it possible through the administration web interface or just using the softkey button ? ( CUCM 6.1)
